WordPress apps for agencies & developers
The frustrating problems that waste time, damage client relationships, or quietly
cost money.
We're a website development and marketing agency. We couldn't find solutions to
problems we dealt with every day — so we built our own.
Every Always App starts as an internal fix.
It runs on our live client sites through launches, unexpected failures, and the full
weight of day-to-day agency work — before it reaches you.
Built by people who actually use them
AlwaysApps wasn't created by a software company.
It was built by a website development and marketing agency that ran out of patience for
problems nobody was solving. You know the ones.
The form that went quiet three weeks ago — and the client noticed before you did. The
inherited site where nobody knows which plugin is sending what, or where. The
post-launch window where you're checking everything manually because there's nothing
watching it for you.
We kept looking for tools that handled these properly. Nobody was in the lane we
needed. So we built there.
Every Always App starts the same way: a real problem in our own agency with a real
business cost attached. We solve it internally. We run it on live client sites. When
it's proved — not just tested, proved — we release it.
That's not a marketing position. It's the only way we know how to build something we'd
actually trust.
01
Built by working developers and marketers
Not a software team guessing at agency problems. People who've had the Friday afternoon call.
02
Proved on live client sites before release
Not beta-tested on yours. Already running in production when it reaches you.
03
One problem per app. Solved properly.
No bloat. No feature sprawl. No tiers. One price, unlimited sites.
Five apps within year one
We show you the problem before we show you the solution.
If you recognise the problem, you'll understand why the solution matters when it ships.
That's deliberate.
Available now Always Alert
Form Notification Assurance
WordPress form notifications fail without logging it. The first sign is usually the
client telling you they haven't had an enquiry in weeks. Always Alert adds a fallback
copy and watches for the silence that tells you something has gone wrong.

Available now Always On/Offboarding
Client Continuity System
Onboarding and offboarding are the highest-risk moments in any agency–client
relationship. Always On/Offboarding captures, manages and transfers website knowledge
across the whole client lifecycle.

How we think
The market has three lanes. We build the fourth.
Before we build anything, we map the existing market. Lanes one, two, and three already
exist — tools that solve the adjacent problem well enough that most practitioners have
stopped expecting better.
Lane 4 is the gap they all leave open.
Not a better version of an existing tool. The first tool for the problem the
others don't touch.
Always Alert · market map
01 SMTP & Deliverability
Sends reliably. Cannot tell you whether the right people received it, or that forms
have gone quiet.
02 Email Logging
Shows what WordPress attempted to send. Cannot add fallback copies or alert you
when notifications stop arriving.
03 Notification Customisation
Helps design templates. Cannot monitor whether those notifications reached anyone.
04 Always Alert
Fallback copy. Silence monitoring. Oversight workflows. This lane was unoccupied.
We named it. We own it.
